Established in 2018, American Veteran Heating & Air was founded by Brian and Brandy Conway to provide Clients with quality HVAC services. Brian Conway is the Lead Service Technician for American Veteran Heating & Air. Although the company is new, Brian has been working in HVAC for over 23 years! He is a six-year veteran of the United States Army and father of five. Being a family owned and operated business in America is a blessing, and being able to serve our friends and neighbors with their heating and cooling needs is a pleasure.We are proud to be the only residential UNION affiliated contractor in the entire Colorado Springs area. Being UNION trained means that we are able to provide our Clients with the most highly qualified technicians and installers. We have been members of SMART Local 9 UNION for over 20 years, we are members of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks Lodge 309, and are members of New Life Church here in Colorado Springs. We are blessed to have strong community ties and really enjoy giving back to this amazing community.

What a positive experience. I’d give him a 6-star plus rating if allowed. Brian responded to my call for a broken A/C unit on a Saturday and fixed the problem that same day. Rather than offer to install a brand-new A/C unit, he quickly and professionally isolated the problem, and had a spare component on-hand to fix the unit. One other vendor, didn’t even want to talk about repairing the problem, but instead went the replacement route. The earliest one vendor could replay was 6 days from now. And for two other vendors, I was only able to send a web email to request service….no immediate reply from them on Saturday. Brian has a great business model that saved someone like me several thousand dollars. His philosophy is to repair the unit—not replace it—if at all possible, which is exactly what I wanted. But if the unit really needs to be replaced, he’ll do that too. I’m really happy with the service and the cost, and I also got a veteran's discount for the service call. Can’t beat that!
